Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece or accessory; therefore, we offer a 7-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that certain limited edition releases or personalized items may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Our concierge team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a pre-paid insured shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original brand packaging, include all warranty cards and manuals, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA form.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the condition of the piece; upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
